We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Phoenix, Arizona, and everything we do is rooted in a deep belief: everyone deserves a new chance, and everyone can make a new choice. Whether someone is facing addiction, homelessness, mental health challenges, or coming out of a life-altering crisis, we are here to help them stabilize, grow, and transform.

At NCNC, we offer more than just services—we offer community. We operate structured group homes, provide life-skills education, offer peer mentorship, and walk side-by-side with people on their journey to rebuilding their lives. Our team is made up of experienced professionals and passionate leaders—many of whom know firsthand what it means to fight your way back from the edge.
